Nick White
Primarily working in oil on panel, Nick White’s subjects range from vehicles to figures and landscapes. With an intense love of history, he has incorporated historical images from the public domain into some of his work along with capturing items of history into his sketches of life.
Born in northern New Jersey in 1991, Nicolas Garcia White graduated from University of Hartford’s Hartford Art School (HAS) in 2014 with a Major in Fine Art and a Minor in Illustration.
Select exhibitions of his work include: at the gallery at West Side Presbyterian Church, the Society of Illustrators’ 2014 Student Scholarship Competition, the “All About Animals” show at the Boston Children’s Museum, as well as his Venture series that was displayed at the Claremont Forum gallery in the Packing House of Claremont California.
